“Change or transform your character ”.
This symbol is a combination of two Adinkra symbols - the morning star and the wheel. The “Morning Star” suggests a new start to the day, placed inside the wheel which represents rotation or independent movement. The Green, Black, and Yellow colours represent her Jamaican heritage. The picture on the home page and on the back of Dr.Gunderson’s business cards was taken in Jamaica at the site where her father rests.
One Love Consulting began in 2012 and is more than just a business. OLC is part of a continuation of a life of work of service by her parents -Mel and Emmins Henry. They both dedicated their lives to the service of others. Her father would succinctly end all his correspondence with One Love. Thus, what underscores all of her work is something her father said:
